Return Policy and Contact Information
This order will be placed in queue after payment and communication for customization and/or assembly will begin 3-5 business days after order is complete. Delivery will be arranged after completion of the order usually within 5-7 business days. Orders of 50 or more will take 7+ business days to complete.
Wood rounds are irregular shapes cut from branches. We do our best to select the most shape appropriate cut for your project but no wood round is perfect and there will be some off-centering or undesirable shape formations due to this. Thanks for your understanding.
Customized orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Mockup images will be sent to the email or phone number on file for approval before the project begins. If there are any issues with your order, communicate them by contacting us at soldiersspot@diywithchris.com before the project begins.
